On January 3, 2007, I was arrested while taking photographs of during Gov. M. Jodi Rell's Inaugural Parade in Hartford because the Connecticut State Police, with the Hartford Police Department, labeled me a "person of interest" and placed me on a list of violent threats that included Al Qaida, Hamas and the KKK

On May 24, 2007, to protect and preserve civil rights, I filed a lawsuit against five defendants: the City of Hartford, two state police officers and three officers from the Hartford Police Department.

On November 6, 2009, Judge Stefan Underhill ruled that I lacked the evidence to prosecute the cases against the city, the state police and two city officers. It was a painful day, but I think Underhill was wrong

So on November 23, 2009 my new lawyer, Julie Morgan, who happens to be a coworker, filed a motion to reconsider. We presented new information to the judge, and asked him to look over some salient facts that he may missed.
